Pricing

Prices shown do not include taxes. We reserve the right to adjust prices as necessary and substitute or discontinue any item which may become unavailable. We reserve the right to correct pricing or technical errors.

Product

Special order, custom length steel and non-stocked items are non-returnable. Custom length steel orders may require minimum order quantity and set-up charges. Lengths less than 48” will be subject to a cutting charge of $2.00 per piece and may result in longer lead times.

Claims

Manufacturer defect claims must be reported before product is installed. Picture proof and documentation is required. Please contact your sales representative or customer service to report a possible claim. We are not responsible for labour back charges.

Quantities and measurements are the responsibility of the customer. All special length steel orders are required in writing, no phone orders will be permitted.

Delivery

All orders are subject to delivery and fuel surcharges.

Receipt of Goods

An authorized signature must acknowledge receipt of goods upon delivery to jobsite. If no authorized signature is available, order discrepancies must be reported within 24 hours or delivery is deemed complete.

Returns and Re-stocking

No goods are returnable without pre-authorization. Products must be returned in original packaging, full cartons only and be sellable as new. Credit will be issued only after goods have been inspected and approved for return. Original job name and purchase order is required. A 25% re-stocking charge will apply to all returns. Customer is responsible for all freight charges and coordination of returns.

Warranty

All standard manufacturers warranties apply.

Comments

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
