Dymonic® 100
Dymonic® 100 is a high-performance, single-component polyurethane sealant designed for demanding commercial construction applications. With exceptional flexibility, movement capability of +100/-50%, and excellent adhesion to a wide range of substrates—including damp or green concrete—it is ideal for expansion joints, perimeter caulking, precast concrete panels, and flashing applications. Paintable, UV stable, and low in VOCs, Dymonic® 100 provides long-lasting, durable sealing performance in even the most challenging environments.
Dymonic® FC
Dymonic® FC is a fast-curing, single-component hybrid sealant engineered for durable, flexible sealing in commercial construction applications. Featuring ±35% movement capability and excellent adhesion to a wide variety of substrates, it is ideal for expansion joints, perimeter caulking, EIFS, and precast concrete panel joints. Its rapid cure time helps reduce dirt attraction and accelerate project completion, while its paintable, low-modulus formula delivers long-lasting performance in dynamic building joints.

Acoustical / Curtainwall Sealant
Acoustical / Curtainwall Sealant is a non-skinning, non-hardening synthetic rubber sealant designed to improve sound control and provide reliable concealed sealing in commercial construction. It enhances the Sound Transmission Class (STC) of wall systems, helping reduce noise transfer while maintaining long-term flexibility. Ideal for drywall partitions, curtainwalls, concealed lap joints, and perimeter sealing, it offers an effective solution for acoustical and curtainwall applications.
Tremflex® 834
Tremflex® 834 is a single-component acrylic latex sealant designed for fast-setting, flexible sealing in a variety of interior and exterior applications. It provides excellent adhesion with minimal shrinkage, is paintable within 30–45 minutes, and helps reduce sound transmission in smoke- and sound-rated partitions. Ideal for general caulking, acoustical sealing, glazing, and sealing around siding, windows, doors, and interior fixtures.
Proglaze® SSG
Proglaze® SSG is a high-modulus, single-component, neutral-cure silicone sealant engineered for demanding structural glazing applications. Designed for both 2- and 4-sided structural glazing systems, it delivers exceptional adhesion, tensile strength, flexibility, and fast through-cure performance. Greenguard Gold certified and tested to rigorous hurricane, impact, and blast mitigation standards, Proglaze® SSG is an ideal solution for unitized curtain walls, field-glazed projects, and other high-performance building envelope applications.
All structural glazing applications must be reviewed and approved by Tremco.
Spectrem® 2
Spectrem® 2 is a high-performance, medium-modulus silicone sealant designed for a wide range of commercial construction and glazing applications. Offering exceptional adhesion to glass, metal, concrete, masonry, and other common building materials, it provides long-lasting weather resistance and is suitable for structural glazing, perimeter caulking, and joint sealing. Available in a broad range of standard and custom colors, Spectrem® 2 delivers versatility and reliable performance across the building envelope.
Spectrem® 4-TS
Spectrem® 4-TS is a premium, multi-component, tintable silicone sealant engineered for dynamic building joints and seamless façade aesthetics. With movement capability of ±50% and the ability to be tinted on site using Tremco Universal Color Paks, it provides unmatched color flexibility while resisting dirt pickup and staining. Ideal for expansion joints, perimeter sealing, EIFS, and tilt-up panel applications, Spectrem® 4-TS combines exceptional durability with a clean, long-lasting appearance.

Tremsil® 400
Tremsil® 400 is a high-performance, single-component, medium-modulus silicone sealant designed to provide a durable, watertight seal for commercial construction applications. It offers primerless adhesion to most common construction substrates and accommodates joint movement of up to ±40%, making it ideal for applications exposed to building movement and weather.
Engineered for perimeter sealing around windows, doors, and frames, as well as expansion joints and precast or tilt-up concrete panels, Tremsil® 400 delivers long-lasting weather protection and reliable performance in demanding building envelope applications.

TREMPRO® 830+
TREMPRO® 830+ is a one-part, thermoplastic elastomeric sealant designed for residential glazing and siding applications. It provides a high-performance, flexible seal with a fast skinning and cure time, making it ideal for sealing windows, doors, siding trim, flashings, and miter joints. Available in a wide range of colors, it offers an attractive finish that complements popular siding and window systems.
TREMPRO® JS-773+
TREMPRO® JS-773+ is a high-solids, synthetic butyl elastomer sealant designed for in-plant and offsite applications where butyl tape is typically used. Its non-skinning, permanently flexible formula provides excellent adhesion to a wide range of metal and composite substrates, making it ideal for panel joints, insulated metal panels, HVAC ducts, and pre-engineered metal building applications.
